Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears substantial water damage with a musty smell 3 inches of spine splitting at the bottom of the cover and an inch of spine splitting at the top Rusty Staples brittleness to the cover the cover is detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fair out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
