It’s the process of detailing the reel components to get maximum performance and smoothness from your reel. All components ultrasonic cleaned and degreased Gear sleeve is removed, cleaned, polished and lubricated with synthetic lubricant for optimal smoothness Gear sleeve base is ground flat so it does not touch the bridge Main gear is de-greased and ground flat for maximum surface tension with fiber washer Main gear is polished for maximum surface contact with Carbon Fiber Drag All components polished to remove surface tarnish and exterior parts lightly coated with TSI 301 Carbon Fiber drags are degreased and left dry Lubricants used are TSI 301 and Quicksilver Marine grease 113 gear sets are also available Stock photos - all parts are used and are in similar condition Parts included: 3-113H, 5-113H, 4-349, 6-113H, 7C-113H, 13-113H, 16-113H, 17-113H & Belleville Washer (increased drag tension).
